Hospice - for individuals no longer seeking curative or aggressive treatment for a life-limiting diagnosis. Provides physical, emotional, spiritual and practical care and support for both patient and family.
Community Programs - designed to inform and educate area residents on health-related topics along with grief and bereavement services; also includes healthcare screenings for blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol, as well as an extensive flu vaccine program.
