FLU AND PNEUMONIA VACCINATION INFORMATION
The Visiting Nurse Association of Central PA will be conducting public flu vaccine clinics for the 2011-2012 season. The flu vaccine is important for people 25-65 years of age and older, people with chronic heart, lung, kidney or liver diseases, respiratory illnesses, metabolic disorders such as diabetes, weakened immune systems, and certain muscle or nerve disorders. We do not immunize pregnant women or anyone under age 18.
Please bring all medical insurance cards to the clinic. We will accept and bill for:

The cost of the flu vaccine is $28 and pneumonia is $60 for those covered by all other insurances, with receipts provided for reimbursement purposes.
