Skilled care – includes nursing; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; certified nurse aide care; and medical social work services. Our goal is to help patients to remain in their own homes safely. We assist individuals with needs arising from a hospitalization, surgery, cardiac event, stroke, or accident. We also provide care to new moms and their babies, as well as to ill children. Our nursing staff provides expert wound and IV infusion care. All of our staff is dedicated to helping individuals regain their optimum level of independence, and, as needed, long- and short-range planning.
Hospice – Our Hospice: The Bridge program is dedicated to helping people to live in comfort and dignity, whether they choose to live the rest of their lives in their own homes, or in local skilled nursing facilities.Hospice provides compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual care to people who are no longer seeking aggressive treatment for care life-limiting illnesses.
Community programs – deigned to inform and educate area residents on health-related topics. We also provide health screenings throughout the year, along with a flu vaccine clinic in the fall.
