Skilled Services - nursing, medical social work, home health aides and therapists to assist individuals with post hospitalization, surgery, cardiac event, stroke, or accident. Emphasis on helping individuals recover and regain their maximum level of independence.
Private Duty Services - providing personal care or special assistance for those with a chronic illness needing long-term care, as well as for those requiring help with basic activities of daily living to remain at home.
Hospice - for individuals no longer seeking curative or aggressive treatment for a life-limiting diagnosis. Provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support for both patient and family. Services are initiated through our main office in Shamokin 570-648-8989.
Community Programs - designed to inform and educate area residents on health-related topics; also includes healthcare screenings for blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol, as well as an annual flu vaccine program.
