2007 FLU CLINIC SCHEDULE

The Center for Disease Control recommends that flu vaccines continue to be given through the month of January.  If you are interested in receiving a flu vaccine, please contact the VNA at 717-233-1035 or 1-800-995-8207 to schedule a time to come to the office located at 3315 Derry St. Harrisburg.

Attention: Public Flu Clinics for this year are finished.

People who have difficulty transferring into and out of the car will be able to have the nurse come to the car to receive their flu vaccine.

A flu vaccine can be given to children age 12 and over if they have a prescription from their pediatrician or family doctor with them and a parent accompanies the child.

Medicare will be billed for individuals who are Medicare Part B eligible. Geisinger Health Plan -Gold members and Unison Advantage members will also be billed. Please bring all insurance cards with you to the clinic.
If you are not Medicare Part B eligible, Geisinger Gold, or Unison Advantage eligible, the cost is $30 per person (cash or check). Individuals with other Medicare HMO's will not be covered. You must receive your vaccine from your doctor.
