Congratulations to all VNA Health System agencies for showing its commitment to quality of care our patients receive by obtaining gold level status during the 2010-2011 Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign. Obtaining gold level status shows our commitment to providing the best possible care for our patients with our participation in educational sessions, working and creating useful tools, and continued evaluation of processes to see if any need for improvement. Our commitment was proven with updating of patient educational tools, increasing clinical knowledge of medication management and providing education modules for our staff to increase their clinical knowledge. VNA Health System will continue to work with HHQI campaigns to continue our dedication to quality care.
